*** To eligible for student rates, participants must provide documentary evidence of their status, such as a copy of their work ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead. Without these documents, regular fees will apply.
**** The Symposium will be conducted in English and Turkish translation will be provided.

- Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat [email protected]
- The date of payment is decisive for the Registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird if the payment has not been received before the deadline.

Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the Bosphorus Bone and Soft Tissue Symposium Organizing Secretariat (Kaftan & Tourism) via e-mail to [email protected].
- Cancellation requests received before or on July 31, 2024 will be processed with a cut of 75,00 € for administrative charges.
- Cancellation requests received on or after August 1, 2024 will not be refunded.
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration in advance (this will not be possible on site).
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of Bosphorus Bone and Soft Tissue Symposium, and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
